Delivery of orders

1. When ordering goods, you can choose one of the following delivery / collection methods:
        1.1. Undo   Vilnius (22 Mėnulio Street  ) Free
        1.2. Shipments by bus ( Transportation costs will be paid by the recipient upon collection ) If it is not possible to pay for the collection, a VAT invoice for delivery will be issued and sent to the e-mail address specified by the buyer. Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be shipped via bus shipments.
        1.3. Deliver the goods at the post office specified by the buyer (OMNIVA post machines), price 3.5 € with VAT (Specify the post office box in the box “Additional information is required for smooth delivery of goods”) Omniva Mailing List
        1.4. Deliver the goods to the address specified by the buyer (DPD courier), price 6 € with VAT

2. Collection of goods in Vilnius:
        2.1. Pick-up in Vilnius (Mėnulio street 22 & nbsp;) & nbsp; is free
        2.2. Deadline for preparation of goods for collection: 3-10 working days

3. Delivery of orders:
        3.1. Delivery of goods is carried out via DPD courier, Omniva post offices, bus shipments and only in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania (except the Curonian Spit).
        3.2. Current delivery times are 3-10 business days.      

4. The buyer, having chosen the delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

5. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

6. The goods are delivered by the Seller or the Seller's authorized representative (courier).

7. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the descriptions of the goods. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases when the required goods are not in the Seller's warehouse and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the ordered goods. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In this case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and agree on the terms of delivery of the goods.

8. In all cases, the Seller shall be released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

9. The Buyer must in all cases immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is presented in a sealed or otherwise damaged package, if the consignment contains unsolicited goods or an incorrect quantity, incomplete goods.

10. In all cases, if the buyer notices any damage to the packaging during delivery, he must comment on the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report on the damage. The Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. Failure to do so shall release the Seller from liability to the Buyer for any damage to the goods related to packaging damage that the Buyer has not identified in the courier's delivery note.
